Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to work in Arlington, TX as a Customer Service Representative.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Handle emergency and stock orders for Cummins and Onan parts and allied products.

  • Process orders and control branch inventory of Cummins products.

  • Compile shipping information for orders from Arlington’s central warehouse and Cummins Inc.

  • Supply technical data on Cummins and Onan parts to customers, dealers, and branches.

  • Issue Core credits.

  • Issue purchase orders to vendors for various materials as needed.

  • Process and maintain various files.

  • Must be available for call-out duties when assigned.

  • Use suggestive selling techniques for all Cummins, Onan, and allied products.

Qualifications

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Basic knowledge of parts.

  • Proficient in data entry.

  • Familiarity with BMS software.

  • Knowledge of MS Word, and Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Minimum of one year Cummins parts experience preferred.

  • Must have an internal drive for customer service and provide and elevated level of service for internal and external customers.

  • Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the safety of others.

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
