Dealer Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in Arlington, TX as a Dealer Support Coordinator.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Manage Dealer access for various Cummins Databases.

  • Input new Customer profiles and maintain daily updates in our WWSPS database.

  • Create new Dealer contracts and monitor status of existing Dealer Contracts, ensuring that all contracts are current, and all other required documents are properly stored.

  • Assist the Channel Readiness Manager with our Dealer related projects that may include aftermarket, service training and general housekeeping projects.


Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.

  • Typing of 50wpm.

  • Strong computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office software.

  • Must possess leadership qualities and self-motivation.

  • Must have internal drive for customer service and provide elevated level service for internal and external customers.

  • Must comply with safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the safety of others.

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
