Recruiting Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Leads the implementation of Human Resources policies, processes and initiatives including the coordination and communication of process delivery requirements and consolidation of process performance metrics.

Supports Human Resources systems and processes in alignment with Corporate policies and strategies within the business unit and operating segment that enable Human Resources to achieve performance excellence.

Leads the analysis of Human Resources process metrics and analyzes key performance indicators to identify process performance improvements; leads quality improvement efforts within the business unit or sub-function.

Coordinates the communication plans of selected Human Resources processes in alignment with corporate processes and tools.

Partners with Human Resources leadership to share knowledge and best practices across the business.

Facilitates the reporting of Human Resources information including the consolidation and submission of required business unit or operating segment information according to reporting timelines and standards.

Leads the implementation of Functional Excellence Initiatives defined by the Global Human Resources Functional Excellence organization.



Analytical Reasoning – Has an advanced understanding of analytical methodologies and the ability to utilize various statistical methodologies. Provides recommendations for business actions based on the conclusions drawn from analysis in a way that is meaningful to the business partner.

Communication – Is able to effectively and clearly communicate in both written and verbal means.

Human Resources Data Management – Understands information linkages among multiple systems of record. Experienced auditing and analyzing data to ensure data completeness and accuracy, conducts predictive analysis and recommends potential business actions.

Organizational Change Management – Possesses an understanding of Change Management Principles and knows when and how to apply them in different contexts.

Organizational Development – Possesses knowledge of common organizational development theories and tools. Utilizes approaches to increase organizational performance, such as benchmarking, scorecards, quality management, and team-based work systems.

Performance Management – Has a good understanding of organizational values and goals, translates them into performance standards and applies and leads others through this process.

Workforce Planning – Possesses basic knowledge of workforce planning approaches.

Project Management– Has a good understanding of and effectively applies project management techniques in low to moderately complex projects.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related field required.


Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.


l 5 – 8 years’ experience in Recruiting.

l In-depth knowledge/understanding of manufacturing corporation culture, global recruiting service model, customer care concept and practices, etc.

l Strategic thinking with continuous improvement and innovation mindset.

l Recruiting operation optimization incl. agency source pooling, executive hire support, etc. leveraging branding concept and any cutting edge TA applications like social media utilization.

l Sourcing solution enhancement incl. candidate relationship management, market intelligence solutions.

l Processes and systems improvement via partnership with global RPO partner;

l Financial planning, tracking and reporting incl. vendor management, annual operation plan consolidation, team resource analysis based on headcount forecast provided by key business stakeholders across the country.
