Senior HR Operation Excellence Specialist 资深人力资源营运优化专员


  • Provides support in the delivery of Human Resources policies, processes and initiatives including coordinating the communications, consolidation and reporting of Human Resources information and key performance indicators

  • Implements Human Resources process metrics to identify performance improvements; supports quality improvement efforts within the business unit or sub-function

  • Participates in and may lead the implementation of one or more elements of selected Human Resources processes for a selected business unit or sub-function; coordinates the communication plans of selected Human Resources processes

  • Partners with Human Resources leadership to share knowledge and best practices across the business

  • Provides support for reporting Human Resources information including the consolidation of Business Unit or operating segment information

  • Assists with the implementation of functional excellence initiatives defined by the Global Human Resources Functional Excellence organization

  • Supports Human Resources systems and processes within the business unit to achieve performance excellence in alignment with Corporate policies and strategies




Human Resources Data Management - Acts on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements

Data Analytics - Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.

Human Resources Business Process Execution - Manages the execution of Human Resources business processes, seeking efficiency, accuracy, positive business performance outcomes and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; assures compliance with process and legal requirements; effectively balances process requirements and business leader needs

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.


Minimal relevant work experience required

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  1. Faciliate the launching of HR core processes, including but not limited to, merit, Work force planning, AOP, promotion etc.

2. HR Data and Reports Management: work with ABO and Global BU stakeholders in reporting and analytics, ABO headcount blanket and monthly reporting etc.

  1. HR policy/process storage: manage TQS, Cummins Connect, Shared Drive, DRC etc and keep the content updated

  2. Other Opex related project and assignment
