Employee Engagement Senior Specialist (Morocco)


Conducts or facilitates general and specific training programs for employees. Partners with third party providers and educational organizations to develop and deliver training programs. Leverages learning technology to improve program delivery and conducts program follow-up with training participants.

Creates instructional content utilizing company designated learning environments and standards; develops instructional materials including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids; uses cost-benefit analysis to decide whether to modify, purchase or develop instructional materials.

Conducts training needs analysis and partners with stakeholders to design solutions.

Develops and implements evaluation plans; constructs test items using a variety of formats; determines the impact of instruction on participants and the business; discusses and interprets evaluation reports with stakeholders.

Maintains records and reports on individual and group progress using common tools and systems; uses evaluation data as a guide for program revisions.

Develops relationships with corporate-approved third party providers, universities and other educational programs; conducts program evaluations and recommends actions.

Participates in initiatives to improve performance excellence; leads specific initiatives.

Applies different change management models as required by the contexts of the change; establishes sponsorship and ownership for change; facilitates planning for change and creation of change strategies.

Instructional Design and Effectiveness - Designs and develops instructional content using appropriate Cummins methodologies and technologies to maximize learning and meet organizational needs; Evaluates success indicators by using appropriate collection methods and analyzing the results to validate content effectiveness as compared to the learning objectives.

Training Delivery - Instructs learners in a manner that engages and adjusts to individual and group needs resulting in knowledge, skills and abilities that can be applied on the job.

Facilitation - Guides group discussions or training by creating an active environment where questions are posed, perspectives are shared, and debates occur with the goal of gaining understanding, analyzing issues, resolving conflict, exploring solutions, or making decisions.

Change Management - Applies the Cummins structured process and tool set for engaging individuals and organizations through change to achieve and sustain business results and outcomes.

Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with business leaders in applying business and Human Resources functional knowledge to interpret the business environment, identifies and prioritizes current and future problems requiring solutions; structures clear problem statements, breaking down issues into smaller, meaningful and manageable components that when addressed, provide a holistic solution.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.


Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

Employee engagement on the day to day operations for the delivery of week 1 event of the MENA Onboarding programme. This includes ensuring staffing, venue and all logistics for the event are co-ordinated to ensure customer service excellence

Programme Improvement - Manage, measure and improve logistical activities on pre-arrival and the completion of week 1 Onboarding

Ensure CBS Service level Agreements for Onboarding is accomplished and assessed for effectiveness

Collate operational information/feedback and report to leaders, partners and stakeholders (internal/external)

Maintain confidentiality of critical information/data

Identify improvement opportunities in the Onboarding programme and within the services and processes of Onboarding

Ensure team members receive support, feedback and development

Facilitate MENA Onboarding programme is required, ensuring all SLA's and performance standards are maintained

Responsible for recording Onboarding volumes, ensuring accuracy on submission of CBS billing (revenue) and financial reporting for all operational costs (expenses)

Onboarding West Africa

In addition to the facilitation of the Onboarding sessions for MENA, the incumbent will be required to travel to West Africa i.e. Nigeria, once a quarter to facilitate the Onboarding programme as required, ensuring all SLA's and performance standards are maintained

The incumbent in this position will also be required to facilitate cross functionally by taking on responsibility for Senegal and Ivory Coast as required, ensuring all SLA's and performance standards are maintained

Employee Engagement Services

Implement and roll out additional services for the MENA region that will include partial responsibility for CBS Translation Services and the CBS Survey Store

Assist with identifying improvement opportunities to expand the current services for Employee Engagement in the MENA Region.

Maintain confidentiality of critical information and data

Identify improvement opportunities within the services and processes for the Benefits

Successfully manage relationships with third party suppliers
