Description

Support human resources business processes for a moderately complex organization or multiple functions. Responsible for the improvement, deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of Human Resources processes across the business or functional organization. Ensures compliance with legislative requirements and adherence with human resources policies and processes. Partners with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns.

  • Support and develop training plan and coordinate and monitor training activities

  • Review and support company polices and company benefit programs

  • Support employee activities

  • Prepare various HR reports and report them with timely manner

  • Support Payroll job with CBS HR

  • Support and develop training plan and coordinate and monitor training activities

  • Support recruiting activities including Job posting, screening and hiring arrangement working with Corporate Recruiting Team

  • Support and administrate local polices and benefit programs

  • Support annual AOP and SPP and manage closely

  • Support Internal & External Audit

  • Manage HRIS (Onesource) accuracy

  • Support HR Manager closely

  • Work closely with cross BU HRs to make collaborative, common policies, programs etc.

  • Support and develop Mentoring program

  • Support and develop English Affinity Group & Women Affinity Group

  • Safety

  • Take reasonable care to protect health, safety and wellbeing of self and others.

  • Timely reporting of incidents and injuries to immediate manager.

  • Maintain the orderliness of the workplace to remove hazards.

  • Report all hazards identified and apply immediate controls as necessary.

  • Comply with the requirements of Cummins Sales and Service Korea OHS Policies, Procedures and SWP’s.

  • Use personal protective equipment as prescribed by Cummins Sales and Service Korea.

  • Participate in communication and consultation processes, training and instruction, and the development and maintenance of a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English skill

  • MS office(PPT, Word, Excel)

  • Effective communication & interpersonal Skill
