Job Summary

Works directly with customers to understand needs and keep the customer informed during the process and development of repairs while coordinating resources to provide excellent customer service. .

Key Responsibilities

  • Build quotes and determine warranty coverage.

  • Consult with customers throughout service event, including status updates to customer.

  • Work orders documentation, start to finish, including invoicing and payment.

  • Prioritize repair work.

  • Help to coordinate technician training.

  • Keep the shop a safe working environment; enforce safety procedures.

  • Sell our products and services; up sell, when possible.

  • Maintain professional atmosphere.



High School Diploma.

Experience in automotive or service industry.Customer service experience.

Technical experience in engine operation and repair

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic electrical understanding.

  • Basic diesel engine understanding
