Organizational Change Management – Possesses an understanding of Change Management Principles and knows when and how to apply them in different contexts.

Skillsand Experience Required:

  • Manages talent management processes such as employee engagement and OnBoarding.

  • Manages the delivery of Human Resources employee service lines within a moderately sized geographic region. Ensures services are delivered in compliance with local and regional legislation and company policies.

  • Managers the overall, day-to-day Human Resources employee service lines delivered within a region, in support of the broader company’s business objectives, which may include compensation administration, benefits administration, employee mobility, payroll administration, employee on boarding and other related employee service lines.

  • Partners with global human resources global service line delivery leaders to ensure consistent delivery and alignment of processes and procedures.

  • Maintains a broad understanding of employee service line strategies, policies, procedures and the applicable legislation impacting the region.

  • Monitors and assesses metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), monitors legislative compliance and takes action to ensure all requirements and agreements are met within the region.

  • Manages the annual financial and operating plan for the region and monitors performance.

  • Uses key performance metrics to define and develop continuous improvement initiatives for services delivered within the region; aligns with key human resources and business partners on the implementation of various employee service initiatives and improvements.

  • Manages customer interfaces and assesses customer satisfaction in order to support positive internal and external customer relationships and improve satisfaction levels.

  • Coaches and mentors direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.

  • Significant level of relevant international mobility work experience, including leadership, budgetary and compliance experience, required.

  • This role consists primarily of leading, measuring and ensuring quality service delivery of the US Employee Engagement programs (Onboarding, Cummins Survey Store and Badging Administration). This position will also work with corporate strategy partners to implement new programs.

  • The successful candidate will be a highly organized, self-motivated person with areas of expertise in program and project management, logistics and technology. Must have proven ability to thrive under pressure, strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, established authentic relationships, interpersonal and team management skills. Must have proven ability to manage multiple projects ranging from short turnaround to complex longer-term projects without compromising quality or customer focus.

  • Work with Cummins business leaders, subject matter experts, regional leaders and customers to develop best practices and maintain service excellence.

  • Management of system implementations, enhancements and upgrades for service delivery technology; which includes monitoring and evaluation system changes for possible impact to programs and other global processes.

  • Implement project management practices that ensure direction, motivation, resources and effective communication to maximize event planning, service delivery and execution.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service, implementations and strict adherence to timelines on all projects while ensuring cost effectiveness.

Required Education, Licenses orCertifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
