Cummins Sales and Service is looking for an enthusiastic parts professional to support the parts function at the Fresno Parts Center. The Parts role is responsible for pulling, staging and delivering parts for internal and external stakeholders on a daily
Key responsibilities :
Support retail sales counter including parts research, procurement and delivery to customer.
Support other production branch parts requirements for parts research.
Assure parts and freight are posted accurately to each order entry ticket.
Coordinate incoming parts receipt with warehouse to assure receiving are completed in a timely manner.
Perform daily bin audit procedure.
Perform daily cycle count.
Process customer parts, core and warranty returns.
Remain current on all Cummins parts bulletins including TSB and new product information.
Maintain a secure environment for inventory that will reduce the probability of shrinkage.
Process New and Recon Warranty parts return to Cummins
Process Return to vendor - unused special order parts
Support inventory management activity.
Support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, shipping counter as required.
Support Field Service Technicians parts order request timely.
Excellent Time management, organizational and follow up skills.
Customer oriented, self-starter and able to work well with others in Team environment.
Acceptable driving record (no more than two points; no DUls).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of Diesel engines

Ability to work in fast-paced and ever changing environment
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a parts distribution/inventory management related field.
Forklift handling experience.
