Key Responsibilities:

  • Designand implement upgraded automated test cycles and architectures for applicationproducts.

  • Preparetechnical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure thatinstallation and operations conform to standards and customerrequirements.

  • Analyzeresults of software and hardware for Digital Master Controls or similar controlsystems for power system applications to provide recommendation and guidance inroot cause of test failure events.

  • Applycross functional knowledge of product engineering, quality, manufacturingengineering, and facilities to evaluate product specific functional testing.

  • UtilizeProgrammable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI)technologies and work with consultants to specific design and operation.

  • Ensurecompliance with occupational safety and health fundamentals including federalregulations for general industry including how health and safety legislationmay be implemented, rights and responsibilities under legislation, appealsprocess, recordkeeping, and voluntary protection programs.

  • Evaluatesafety concepts including personal protective equipment, behavior, and confinedspace entry.

  • Navigatesystem electronics using knowledge ofcontrol software structure and hardware content, and apply knowledge ofGenerator Set and controls system functionality operations and performanceevaluation to evaluate performance data to determine proper operation.

  • Troubleshootsystem performance using standard troubleshooting tools, and navigate andmanipulate engine test control systems.

  • Utilizeknowledge of sensor technology and measurement to monitor processes, analog,and digital position.

  • Troubleshootsystem problems and design and implement sensor and measurement systems.

Experience and Education:


  • Positionsrequire a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer,or related field and two years of experience as an Electrical, Mechanical,Service, or Electronic Hardware Engineer or related position

Experience to include:

  • DigitalMaster Controls or similar control systems

  • ProgrammableLogic Controller (PLC)

  • OccupationalSafety and Health

  • ControlSoftware Structure and Hardware Content

  • TroubleshootingTools

  • SensorTechnology and Measurement

  • HumanMachine Interface (HMI).

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week [8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation. Base salary commensurate with experience plus bonus.
