Cummins is looking for an extraordinary Utility Worker in Gibsonia, PA. Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of gensets, transfer switches, rental gensets, in addition to facility cleaning.

  • Delivery of new gensets and transfer switches

  • Operate tilt bed truck and set gensets on customers concrete pads

  • Receive products at shop via loading dock

  • Operation of various fork trucks

  • Process product receiving documents

  • Facility cleaning

  • Assisting of technicians as instructed

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Must have or be willing within 6 months’ time period obtain CDL.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • CDL required, Class B with air brakes certificate applies where necessary

  • Previous experience driving, a plus

  • Previous janitorial experience, a plus

  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer relations skills

  • Pleasant and professional demeanor with employees, managers, customers, vendors and the public

  • Ability to handle fast paced environment

  • Self motivated

  • Familiarity with Window-based software

  • Legible handwriting
