This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, IN for an IT Solutions Manager

  • Managesa group of intermediate level IT employees

  • Participateas a key member of an IT Management Team.

  • Responsiblefor financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.

  • Responsiblefor People Management including work plan development, performance management,and people development.

  • Responsiblefor team building and development including organization structure, recruiting,global team management.

  • Compileand present Management Reports on team performance including metrics,deliverable status, etc.

  • Communicatestatus to senior management.

  • Accountablefor Six Sigma training, usage and goal attainment for the team.

  • Ensureteam adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including ITSecurity.

  • Responsibleof IT Controls compliance for the team

  • Engagementwith customers in their respective function or business area.

  • Governance/Leadershipfor all program/projects executed or supported by their teams.

Required Education, Experience, Licenses or Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science or related field is required.

  • Commanding knowledge and hands onworking experience with SQL and PL/SQL, complex/large database packages,procedures, functions with Oracle Database 11g R2 or higher.

  • Experience with analyzing, designing,developing, coding, testing, and implementing changes to Oracle Forms,Oracle Reports, Oracle PL/SQL Tuning, Oracle Workflow procedures and functions.

  • Must have knowledge/experience inOracle 11g and / or 12c Forms Builder

  • Experience in Shell Scripting

  • Experience with Java and WebServices (SOAP/REST) based integrations is highly preferred

  • Must have demonstrated experiencewith processes such as Quote to Cash, Demand to Build, or Procure to Pay.

  • Demonstrated experience in Agile andWaterfall methodologies to manage the end-to-end software development process.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary commensurate with experience.
