Dealer Support Administrator
Cummins Sales and Services Pacific Region - San Leandro is looking for an experienced Dealer Support Administrator. The Dealer support Administrator is responsible for receipt and processing of subscription-based services throughout the Cummins Pacific Region
as well as provide maintenance for the Cummins Information systems (QSOL).
Processing inbound call and email requests for subscription-based renewals
Data entry of customer information into various databases
Train on our latest products
Instruct customers on the use of various Subscription and forms
Perform other related duties as necessary to meet business needsThis role can be located out of San Leandro, Irvine or Portland, Oregon.

Computer Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and BMS.
