Job Summary:

Cummins Sales and Services Pacific Region - San Leandro is looking for an experienced Dealer Support Administrator. The Dealer support Administrator is responsible for receipt and processing of subscription-based services throughout the Cummins Pacific Region

as well as provide maintenance for the Cummins Information systems (QSOL).

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing inbound call and email requests for subscription-based renewals

  • Data entry of customer information into various databases

  • Train on our latest products

  • Instruct customers on the use of various Subscription and forms

  • Perform other related duties as necessary to meet business needsThis role can be located out of San Leandro, Irvine or Portland, Oregon.

Computer Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and BMS.
