Designs, develops and delivers self study and hands on service training programs for internal employees, customers and distributor trainers using standardized tools and processes including needs assessment, job task analysis, competency gap analysis, and assessment tools.
Works with subject matter experts from engineering, service, distribution, and marketing for product definition; reviews content with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and applicability of training programs.
Supports new product introduction teams with training related program requirements, resource plans, schedules, and program status.
Delivers Qualify the Qualifier (QtQ) classroom training to qualify regional and distributor trainers.
Evaluates effectiveness of training programs through implementation of evaluation tools, questionnaires and survey forms.
Solicits feedback and incorporates improvements suggested by the Service Training community.
Evaluates training effectiveness of regional and distributor trainers on content delivery of training programs and qualification programs.
Reviews training developed by other developers to ensure that product training meets the highest standards and supports the business? core values.
Maintains classroom and equipment to facilitate training delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective team work and multi-tasking skills.
- College, university, or equivalent degree.
