POSITION: Customer Support Clerk Parts department

SHIFT: Day

REPORTING TO: Supervisor, Parts Department

LOCATION: Pointe-Claire

FUNCTION:

  • To provide customer support for the Parts Department.

DUTIES:

  • Administrative tasks with regards to inventory management

  • Process Fleetguard orders from dealers and direct deliveries

  • Process dealer and client returns

  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers

  • Process casing returns

  • Request RGA for damaged parts

  • Process claims (transportation, price gaps, etc.)

  • Filling of credits, receipts, invoices, etc.

  • RNC customer and supplier

  • Process annual CECO and DRC

  • Invoice coding

  • Process and adjust employee time

  • Internal customer support

  • General administrative support to the Parts Department Supervisor

  • Additional tasks, as needed

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • High school diploma is mandatory; relevant college diploma is considered an asset

  • Knowledge of the industry and parts (Cummins, Onan and other suppliers)

  • Good computer skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer service focus

  • Health and safety focus

  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
