POSITION: Bilingual Parts Call Center Agent

REPORTING TO: Guylaine Renaud, Call center manager

LOCATION: TBD

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing order and backorder support to dealers and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing customers personal assistance with parts ordering, lookup and/or availability issues

  • Providing parts support to dealers when CUMPAS and/or QuickServe systems are not available

  • Telemarketing and promotion of parts program and specials

  • Support and utilize BMS systems for coordinating Call center parts operations

  • Communicate pertinent parts information to customers in a timely, effective and personalized manner

  • Actively participate in Call center communication meetings and improvement planning efforts

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

SKILLS:

  • Fluently bilingual in French & English written and spoken.

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills

  • Previous work experience in a parts role is an asset knowledge of Cummins and/or parts products

  • Capable of processing routine parts requests

  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to be flexible to help meet business needs

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking & phone manner)

  • Demonstrated ability to work through conflict and use effective problem solving techniques and demonstrated ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers and co-workers

  • Presents himself/herself in an upbeat manner and is engage

  • Encourages cooperation amongst team members and is a positive influence

  • Ability to travel on occasion
