CAC Software Specialist

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as software support resource for end-user customers, DOEM, branch operations, territory sales managers, and dealer network

  • Maintain effective working relationships with end-user customers, DOEM, branch operations, territory sales managers, and dealers

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for INSITE, QSOL, PowerSpec, InCal, InPower, Cumpas, EDS, and CVC programs and registration requirements

  • Provide user accounts and training assistance on INSITE, QSOL, PowerSpec, InCal, InPower, CUMPAS and CVC usage and features

  • Invoice subscriptions and process payments

  • Communicate pertinent software information to dealers in a timely, effective and personalized manner

  • Promote dealer development by strengthening support capabilities

  • Actively participate in CAC communication meetings and improvement planning efforts

  • Serve as a backup for providing fleet calibrations and zapit passwords

  • Ability to travel up to 5%

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Functional/Technical:

  • Cummins and Cummins Power Generation knowledge is a plus

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (active listening, writing, speaking & telephone)

  • Working knowledge of BMS functions, PC skills, and Information Systems

  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment

  • Ability to recognize opportunities to cross sell or up sell as appropriate

Physical requirements

  • Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time working at a computer keyboard
