OurWinnipegBranch location has an opening for a Customer Service Agenton a one year contract.Reporting to theCAC Manager, you will be responsiblethis role will be primarily responsible forconducting calls to customers for open service campaigns and warranty work.

Additional responsibilities are described below.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to offer service provided byCummins Sales & Service – Western Canada
  • Tracking the number of calls made,appointments scheduled and revenue generated
  • Scheduling customer appointments for Service.

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational andtime management skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness tobe flexible to help meet business needs
  • Excellent communication skills (activelistening, writing, speaking & phone manner)
  • Willingness to be flexible in order to helpmeet our business needs
  • Presentshimself/herself in an upbeat manner and is engage
  • Encouragescooperation amongst team members and is a positive influence
  • Asolid understanding of service verbiage

This position will work 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m,Monday to Friday.Please note that anyfuture shift changes that may occur are made in accordance with the terms andconditions of employment.
