APAC Recruiting Operations Director 亚太招聘总监
Leads the overall delivery of the recruitment and employment branding strategies, processes and initiatives for the corporation in alignment with overall business goals. Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and company policies and standards for all recruitment activities. Partners with business and human resources leadership to ensure recruitment activities meet the business’s goals.
Leads company-wide recruitment activities and strategic talent acquisition approaches for varying talent levels and market areas ensuring overall process and cost effectiveness.
Partners with business and human resources leadership in the development of short-term and long-term workforce plans.
Directs the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, policies and tools; ensures alignment with Cummins overall recruitment strategies and policies.
Develops and analyzes metrics to evaluate the success of the organization’s recruiting approaches and develops continuous improvement initiatives; analyzes the cost-benefit of various recruiting approaches.
Establishes and manages the annual financial and operating plan for the corporate recruitment organization.
Interviews applicants for global leadership positions and facilitates the offer process for selected candidates.
Ensures that Cummins’ employment brand is reflected in all recruiting communications and technology, including recruitment advertising in all types of media.
Establishes and maintains relationships with various recruiting sources, suppliers and stakeholders.
Maintains a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable to recruiting; drives adherence to all governmental regulations throughout the recruiting process; collaborates with immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.
Coaches and mentors one or two levels of direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
External Talent Sourcing - Identifies and applies appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage diverse talent in the external market.
Candidate Assessment and Selection - Defines qualification requirements and selection criteria for open positions using Cummins tools; employs objective selection processes that meet compliance requirements; assesses, evaluates and selects candidates against pre-determined job specific and Cummins common criteria; communicates openly with candidate and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
Employee Relations - Builds constructive relationships with employees and other stakeholders; reinforces consistent application of Cummins standards applies knowledge of employment and labor law; effectively manages conflict; builds and maintains a collaborative, productive work environment through information sharing and consultation.
Data Analytics - Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.
Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with business leaders in applying business and Human Resources functional knowledge to interpret the business environment, identifies and prioritizes current and future problems requiring solutions; structures clear problem statements, breaking down issues into smaller, meaningful and manageable components that when addressed, provide a holistic solution.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Significant level of relevant work experience, including leadership and budgetary experience, required.
Oversight responsibility for the Recruiting activities in India, China, NESEA, and SPAC- Leads the APAC Recruiting Organizations Leaders- Manages key supplier relationships (Kelly Services and FutureStep RPO).- Leads RPO effectiveness including statement of work and KPI, metrics- Works on the local region's SOA for PROF- Coaches, manages, and develops team members- Manages monthly financial forecasting process- Serves as liaison with Key HR and Business Stakeholders
