Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the relationship & business strategies for partner OEM & 3rd TSP, include gets/translates VOC from customer, initiate the cooperation roadmap & goals & programs, lead the implement, commercial design & negotiation in support of digital business plan & strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop & manages trustful partnership with key OEM stakeholders & JV counterparts.

  2. Build networks with non-partner OEMs digital and 3rd party digital platforms to gain more market intelligence and identify potential digital partnership opportunities.

  3. Gets, translates voices from customer, organizes internal discussion & drive decision on needs & expectations, provide guidance & direction on problems and issues.

  4. Initiate & design OEM/3rdTSP cooperation roadmap & goals & programs, lead & co-manage overall digital cooperation programs progress with business counterparts.

  5. Drives customer’s cooperation and works with internal product & system integration team to solve connectivity operational issues.

  6. Support/drive business team on OEM/3rdTSP commercial designing & negotiation & implementation; Drives or works with business digital leader on digital cooperation model & value etc. communication, and contract & commercial terms negotiation with target customer or market segment.

  7. Collaborates with internal business owners on business development initiatives and plans and resources, provides costing, budget, research, and analytical support for business decision.

  8. Acquires competitive and market intelligence and partner’s trends and generates reports and analysis to present.

Qualifications

1.Digital experience or knowledge will be preferred.

2.Program management experiences & skills

3.Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with business leader & customer management leader and also cross working level teams to achieve cooperation target.

4.Key Account management experience will be preferred.

5.At least 5 Years working experiences
