Warranty Claims Manager - 保修索赔经理

Description

  • Provide assistance in resolving un-recovered warranty claims. Analyze warranty rejections and collaborate in developing rationale for resubmitted claims. Monitor un-recovered warranty and intervene where necessary in order to minimize un-recovered warranty cost.

  • Manage policy claims by collecting data, identifying issues, and negotiating resolution with Product Business Units. Interpret and negotiate criteria required by the Product Business Units. Serve as advocate in order to reach equitable claim closure.

  • Conduct external warranty compliance audits and submit to the Product Business Units for review. Identify deficiencies and discrepancies and lead action to address audit findings.

  • Conduct internal warranty compliance audits using results to drive functional excellence. Ensure consistency in interpretation and application of warranty criteria, claim submission, follow-up and un-recovered warranty reduction effort.

  • Assist in distributing updated warranty information through channel.

  • Facilitate branch warranty labor rate increase process, obtain data, prepare and maintain required reports.

  • Supervises, trains, sets individual expectations to meet department measures, and monitors and provides regular feedback to direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Communication - Written And Verbal - Significant experience in written and verbal communication and should be capable of communicating effectively to all levels within and outside the company.

  • Coach & Develop - Some knowledge and awareness about coach and develop as a skill. Recognizes how coach and develop behaviors impact business results and the Cummins environment.

  • Claims Management System - Demonstrated knowledge of Cummins warranty systems and coverage's. Ability distinguish between warranty, policy, distributor liability, and customer liability.

  • Warranty Administration Procedures - Demonstrates knowledge of the Warranty Administration Manual with understanding of legal bulletins, understanding of the Standard Repair Time creation and challenge process, knowledge of warranty rules in regards to repair practices, understanding of policy guidelines, understanding of technical failure analysis, and knowledge of applications and warranty claim payment systems and processes.

  • Warranty Data Analysis - Ability to run standard warranty data reports and interpret output with some assistance.

  • Warranty/Policy Support - Demonstrates knowledge of corporate warranty system and Marketing structure basics to support OEM's, Distributors, and end user customers to maintain excellent partnerships and relationships.
