We are looking for a talented Territory Account Executive to join our team specializing in our Distribution Business based in Billings, Montana.

Your impact will include;

Building relationships with and supporting major fleets and OEM dealers. Key deliverables are achieving Cummins engine market share targets for medium/heavy duty trucks and revenue targets for parts and service.

Manage large fleet customers to maintain and increase the purchases of new Cummins-powered medium/heavy duty trucks

Assist with specifications for new trucks and optimize customer’s current engine settings/parameters

Drive parts and service business into CSSNA branch locations

Develops opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers. Develops and executes account plans for top prospects and conducts agreed upon face to face sales calls.

Develops new customer relationships and strengthens current customer relationships that enable identification of a customer’s needs, business model and buying process.

Uses understanding of customer needs and priorities to identify and offer Cummins solutions.

To be a success in this role you will need;

University or College degree is required.

5 plus years of experience in sles is required

Familiarity with spec'ing process, including transmissions, gear ratios, engine speed and HP is required

Strong understanding of trucking industry, clean engine funding, air quality and other regulations affecting fleets would be preferred

Dealer sales/service experience will be a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
