Cummins Inc. Parts Coordinator in Casablanca, Morocco
Provides worldwide service parts support for less complex new product launches and current product.
Ensures that worldwide service parts support for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and the Distribution channel is available at first shipment for less complex new product launches.
Provides worldwide service parts support for current product in the field, while interfacing with manufacturing plant facilities, the Distribution channel, Original Equipment Manufacturers, end customers, Parts Distribution Centers, Joint Ventures, Purchasing, and internal customers.
Support the investigation of less complex service part issues and facilitate the identified solutions.
Works with marketing and remanufacturing facilities to develop commercial strategies for components and pricing.
Manages with support inventory and material procurement to establish infrastructure for the distribution systems.
Facilitates Engineering release review and establishing service structures.
Develop with support product stocking and forecasting projections.
Participates in field action, functional, and management reviews to ensure availability of new service level components and disposition established for others.
Develop product expertise and ability to fully support all channels of distribution activities and service parts response requirements.
Provide service parts support for QuickServe readiness.
Analyze Issues - Understanding of how to analyze issues. Demonstrates use of analysis skills to learn and analyze information in a timely way. Applies accurate logic in solving problems.
Aftermarket Parts - Engine Business Unit (Ebu) -Understanding of the aftermarket parts system from part number release through on stocking at parts distribution centers. Demonstrates knowledge by releasing parts for aftermarket.
Inventory Control and Management - Understand the need to have inventory control and inventory management strategies to meet Cummins strategic plans.
Product Structure - Aware of and can apply the rationale around the identification of product items and the methodology for structuring this information into saleable, manufacturable and serviceable product. Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and applying product structure rules such as item compatibilities, dependencies and relationships. Limited guidance is required to apply it to their role.
Project Management - Has a good understanding of and effectively applies project management techniques in low to moderately complex projects.
Global Perspective - Awareness of the company's role in global markets. Some understanding of geographic differences and implications of decisions in strategies and approaches.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
Distribution Channel or Material Management experience preferred.
This role requires to be fluent in French, English and Arabic. This role requires to be based in Khouribga.
