Our Distribution Business this business helps Cummins by providing outstanding support to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity in Charlotte, NC, for an Engine Technical Trainer.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Assist senior technical trainers with the preparation and delivery of training programs.

  • Develop product expertise by completing product qualifications.

  • Deliver training courses with coaching from senior trainers.

  • Participates in updating course materials, delegates handouts and trainer materials.

  • Communicates the update of course materials to other training centers in the region.

  • Supports the administrator in managing course records, forms and process implementations.

  • Supports the maintenance coordinator in preparing all equipment & tooling needed for courses and in maintaining inventory records.

Experience

At least four years of experience in diesel technology.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • High school diploma/GED.

  • College, university, or equivalent degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
