We are looking for a talented Physical Security (Asset Protection) Coordinator to join our team specializing in SAFETY/SECURITY for our CUMMINS MERITOR in CIÉNEGA DE FLORES, NUEVO LEÓN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for the physical security of the facilities, company assets, and any external threats.

  • Manage the security provider for the operational plant and 3 warehouses, and in the future, a storage facility. Approximately 40 guards, who are supervised by a head of security and 3 external shift supervisors.

  • Manage the access control system and video recording system.

  • Manage C-TPAT and OEA systems and policies.

  • Support company visitors and external events to ensure there is no risk or any eventuality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Solid experience as a coordinator or supervisor of Physical or Asset Security.

  • Experience in compliance with OEA and C-TPAT security management standards. (verifiable courses)

  • Strong experience in external security management.

  • Experience in executive security management.

  • Conversational English.

  • Experience in loss prevention.

  • University degree required. Bachelor’s degree in criminology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience in Asset Security in industrial companies.
