We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team for our location in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Act as an Admin to teammate located in Germany

  • Manage daily calendar and commitments

  • Schedule meetings, events, and travel

  • Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

  • Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine to complex information requests.

  • Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.

  • Completes data collection, data entry and report generation on various departmental related activities.

  • Performs associate functions as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

  • Responds to, or redirects, routine to complex inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization/department, its activities, or processes so callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately.

  • Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable; submits documentation and enters request for payments into accounting system; responds to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.

  • Documents and maintains departmental policies and procedures.

  • Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed.

  • Performs other routine to complex administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department.

  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

  • For this role, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who gives strong attention to detail, has the ability to anticipate and address problems, and can multitask efficiently. This individual will need to be able to complete tasks and projects effectively, react with appropriate urgency to tasks given by various team members and be able to actively respond to team requests.

  • Candidate must have a proven track record of providing remarkable support in a fast-paced environment with the ability to wear multiple hats. This role requires experience with cross-functional teams and complex projects.

  • This person will support the EBU Global Engineering Leader(s) while having dotted lines to other members of the Platform Engineering teams.

  • Self-starter mentality, passion to learn and enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment

  • A successful track record of working effectively and delivering results

  • Experience managing schedules which includes calendars, travel and onsite customer visits

  • Proficiency in using MS Office which includes Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work with manager to create efficient and timely meetings by creating agendas and coordinating with various team members to gather information prior to meetings

  • Excellent communication and writing skills. Represent the EBU Platform Engineering team(s) through emails and outreach in a professional and efficient manner

  • Must be in Columbus, IN and be willing to work in a hybrid environment, M - F, 6 AM - 3 PM (Flexible)

  • Pay starting at $22/HR or higher, based on experience level.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
