We are looking for a talentedDIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER-CUSTOMER ONBOARDING & NOTIFICATIONS PLATFORM SERVICESto join our team specializing in MARKETING for our CORPORTE SEGMENT in COLUMBUS, INDIANA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Drive the vision, roadmap and plans for transforming Cummins digital onboarding and notifications experience for Cummins Digital products in all markets
Define the platform approach to create a frictionless experience for customer onboarding and notifications which delights our customers and scales to enable rapid customer acquisition
Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives
Collaborate with engineering and operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans and objectives
Manage product owner(s) on the relevant Agile team(s) to deliver quality capabilities on time
Drive product management from planning to delivery, iterative discovery and implementation.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Knowledge and practical experience with IoT- and Cloud based product management or development
Knowledge and practical experience with commercial software product lifecycle management and working in and delivering products and services in an agile/lean environment
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations
Understand complexity of customer onboarding solutions across multiple software products that span IoT connectivity, device and cloud integration objectives and challenges
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical, or a related subject required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Pragmatic Institute and Scaled Agile Product Manager certifications are desirable
