We are looking for a talented Controls Team Leader to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Corporate Business Unit/ CBS Business Segment in Columbus, IN / your approved hybrid location.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Plans, schedules, coordinates and executes the activities involved in developing a project.
Use appropriate methods and tools to translate stakeholder needs into verifiable requirements to which designs are developed.
Identifies systems capability and risks through analysis of experimental resting of the system.
Document information based on knowledge gained as part of technical function activities and communicate to stakeholders.
Optimize work processes.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
At least six (6) years of professional experience in Engineering, Technical Specialist, or entry level Technical/Engineering Management.
Develop a vision of future engine control development needs.
Develop and advocate for control system improvement initiatives.
Coach control engineers to develop and implement control features as part of a technology development or technology integration projects.
Development of engine systems control or diagnostic algorithms.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
