We are looking for a talented EUC Technician to join our team specializing in systems/information technology for our corporate segment in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
High School or College Student
Summer 2024 start
Part-time, Onsite Role
Prepares EUC devices for deployment, including:
Installing Cummins base image on EUC devices
Running work orders on devices
Completing First Time Login and verifying setup checklist
Physically unpackaging new devices and/or cleaning devices for re-use
Following device check-out process
Assists with Global OnBoarding EUC device setup & delivery.
Prepares shipments and deliveries to customers.
Assists with receiving and stocking equipment, EUC devices, and peripherals.
Processes EUC device surrenders, including:
Following device check-in process
Accounting for included peripheral kit
Assists technician with device repair:
Running diagnostics on EUC devices & hard drives
Maintaining break/fix inventory in closet stock for Tech Bar & local technicians
Preparing reassign requests
Maintains inventory volumes of EUC devices/peripherals, including physical inventory activities.
Assists in recycling devices at end of life, following proper erase and disposure protocols.
Prepares EUC device stock shipments to local IT (US & Canada), following proper check-out process.
Assists in many other special projects.
Assists in keeping IT depot pallets and equipment organized.
Completing shipment of EUC devices and peripherals.
Observes and assists EUC Tech Bar and local desktop technicians, as needed.
Monitors ServiceNow request queue, including updating/transferring/closing requests.
