This is an exciting opportunity in Columbus, Indiana for an IT Leader, Order Management. This role can be also located in Shoreview, MN or Nashville, TN in US and in United Kingdom or Belgium in Europe.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Delivering and managing the lifecycle of Global IT solutions in the Order Management function - for both Aftermarket and First Fit supply chain models. Developing a program roadmap of project and capability delivery to meet the business objectives and delivering IT solutions through efficient project execution.

  • Leading application modernization and application consolidation as required.

  • Improving the performance, reliability and security of the Order Management function’s application portfolio.

  • Coaching and developing Order Management IT professionals, ensuring the team has a good understanding of business objectives / process needs, as well as current and future enabling technologies.

  • Close collaboration and strategic partnership with Corporate, Regional and Local Order Management teams and stakeholders, and other Supply Chain teams.

  • Close collaboration and coordination with IT groups that enable the delivery of or are impacted by Order Management solutions (E.g. BU IT, IT Architecture, Common Services, CBS IT, etc.).

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages a group of intermediate level IT employees.

  • Participate as a key member of an IT Management Team.

  • Responsible for financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.

  • Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development.

  • Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management.

  • Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status, etc.

  • Communicate status to senior management.

  • Accountable for Six Sigma training, usage and goal attainment for the team.

  • Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.

  • Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the team.

Experience

  • Minimum eight to ten years in a similar role.

  • Proven experience in managing global IT teams.

  • Solid understanding of the Supply Chain Order Management processes, goals, and organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Cloud, Oracle, Customer Support tools, Order capture tools, Order Lifecycle Management tools.

  • Previous experience in managing large IT projects in a global manufacturing environment.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
