We are looking for a talented Metrology & Calibration Engineer, Sr . to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Electronic & Fuel Systems Business Unit/ Components Business Segment at our Columbus, IN site.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and coach internal team members.

  • Train team member on industry 4.0 standards to ensure compliance.

  • Establish customer relationships to eliminate ongoing issues.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Physics or Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject required.

  • At least three years of professional experience in Engineering, Metrology or other related topic.

  • Metrology and Calibration experience

  • Pror supervisory experience.

  • Maintain & adhere to International Automotive Task Force system requirements.

  • Lead Quality/Gaging projects, such as capital, improvements, capabilities

  • Manage Dimensions Metrology Calibration Lab and equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
