This is an exciting opportunity in Dallas, TX for an Administrative Assistant that will provide clerical and administrative support to the Dallas Branch location and assigned Vice Presidents.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and maintain files for the General Manager and the assigned Vice Presidents.

  • Prepare and file expense reports for the General Manager and the assigned Vice Presidents.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for branch personnel and assigned Vice Presidents.

  • Gather and distribute branch news notes.

  • Coordinate all meetings.

  • Coordinate purchases of all office supplies and equipment for the branch.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly branch operations reports.

  • Provide relief as necessary for the Receptionist.

  • Perform typing and filing assignments for branch personnel

  • Assist in answering incoming calls for the branch and route each call to the appropriate party.

  • Assist customers as necessary.

  • Other administrative duties as required for branch operations to obtain objectives.


Required Education, Licenses or Certifications :

  • High school diploma/GED or relevant experience for the position.

  • Knowledge and experience in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, and databases, preferably MS Word, Excel, and Access.

  • Pleasant demeanor in greeting visitors and dealing with telephones calls.

  • Ability to use basic office equipment (e.g., telephone system, printer, fax, copier, etc.)

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.

  • Must have an internal drive for customer service and provide an elevated level of service for internal and external customers.

  • Must comply with safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the safety of others.

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
