Cummins Inc. Facilities Technician in Dallas, Texas
We are looking for a talented Facilities Technician in our Dallas Facility.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Performs routine building maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
Assists in a wide variety of maintenance activities
Addresses immediate operational and/or safety concerns;
Utilizes software to track, assign, and prioritize reactive, planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance work and building management system.
Orders supplies from various vendors and assists in managing spare parts inventory
Performs work in a wide variety of conditions, such as extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
Uses powered hand tools drills, grinders, porta-band, etc.) based on job need.
Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
