We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry
This is a Temporary Cummins Contract up to 24 months working 37.5 hours per week on a two-rotational shift pattern: M-F 7:00am – 15:00pm & M-F 15:00pm – 23:00pm.
Salary is £26,790.43
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Maintains a clean and orderly work area, including all housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning
Communicate effectively within the assigned team
Comply with HSE standards, policies and regulations
Complete all daily checks inclusive of 5S, Hymo and Crane.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous assembly of factory experience beneficial
Ability to work under your own initiative within the recognized process
Ability to self-manage in order to achieve production targets
