This is an exciting opportunity in Daventry for a Senior HR Generalist.

The Role

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be working as part of a team including another HR Generalist and an administration team.

You will be primarily (80%) be covering Employee Relations issues for a circa 900 head manufacturing site and you will also be responsible for supporting our business leaders in strategic planning.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working as HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist (Ideally within a manufacturing environment)

  • Previous experience working with Trade Unionised Environment

  • Previous experience with SOX Audits (Preferred but not essential)

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent level qualification preferred (Level 5 considered with right experience to match)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £35,000 - £43,000

  • Defined contribution pension scheme – Company contributions up to 9%

  • Annual Bonus Plan – Target 8% (Based upon company performance)
