We are looking for an Industrial Account Executive to join our team specializing in our North American Distribution business based in Edmonton, AB.

Your impact will include;

Develops opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers.

Develops new customer relationships and strengthens current customer relationships that enable identification of a customer’s needs, business model and buying process.

Gains agreement on the differential advantage of Cummins solutions by helping the customer understand and evaluate existing data and information and the value proposition.

Brings current and emerging needs of the customer and market to their manager/director.

Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms.

Monitor & effectively manage customer accounts including forecasting, orders, inventory, and accounts receivable.

Leads, manages, and coordinates communication and interfaces with the customer at appropriate levels. Frequent F2F customer support visits at the appropriate cadence. Semi-Annual Cummins and Customer Leadership F2F Meeting. Frequent F2F engagement with Customer corporate staff.

To be a success in this role you will need;

College or University degree is required or equivalent work experience is required

5 plus years of relevant work experience is required

Capable of working remotely with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Technical capability, aptitude, product application, and integration experience preferred.

Ability to learn Cummins products and services selling end-to-end value packages, including engines, aftermarket, to support existing and prospective customers.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
