RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance and Talent Development Focus A proactive approach to supporting performance management and employee development planning to build a high-performing workforce.
Recruitment and Workforce Planning Expertise Skills in staffing, recruiting, and workforce data analysis to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Compensation and Benefits Knowledge Understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration, with the ability to partner across teams to implement equitable and compliant programs.
Policy and Compliance Awareness Familiarity with HR policies and employment laws to ensure consistent application and adherence to legal and organizational standards.
Training Coordination and Project Management Ability to assess training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and contribute to special projects that enhance organizational capability.
HR Systems and Documentation Accuracy Attention to detail in maintaining accurate workforce data and creating employment contracts in compliance with local laws and practices.
**Education, Licenses, Certifications: **
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
**Experience: **
Minimal relevant work experience required.
