We are looking for a talented Product Compliance and Certification Engineer to join our team. This role has a hybrid schedule with two day per week on site and three days remote.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Maintaining relationships with codes, standards, and regulatory organizations
Being responsible for environmental compliance related activities
applying specialized knowledge of engineering and/or project management principles and practices across various areas and projects
Interpreting, communicating, and ensuring all environmental regulations and standards are adhered to as they impact the company products, processes, components or facilities
Lead regulatory influencing through interactions with Agencies, Trade Associations and Standards Development Bodies
Assist with the transfer of knowledge, coach and mentor less experienced compliance personnel
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with 5 to 7 years of relevant and applicable experience
Experience providing SME support in the interpretation and implementation of requirements and participate in compliance reviews for high priority programs
Experience leading regulatory influencing through interactions with Agencies, Trade Associations and Standards Development Bodies
Experience maintaining compliance processes

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
