We are looking for a talented Program Management Director based in Galesburg, MI (hybrid working option).
Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies is a joint venture between Eaton and Cummins, Inc. producing industry-leading medium- and heavy-duty automated transmission products to OEM customers around the globe. Revenue is expected to be around $700M this year and grow fast with new product introduction and new market territories.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Leads, manages, and strategically directs the project management department activities for assigned functional areas.
Overall Program Executive for ECJV next generation global Automated Manual Transmission product
"Owns" the overall business case and manages key inputs such as NRE, Capital, Pricing, Manufacturing Cost, and BOM cost.
Coordinates overall program strategy and execution with key project leads (PM, TPL, Strategy) to define and maintain program timing, mitigate risks, and develop adjustments to program scope as needed.
Owns attainment of the overall program goals and ensures dissemination to entire program team
Develops, maintains, and ensures achievement of overall program budget annually and throughout the simulation (SIM) period (10s of millions of dollars of project expense over several years).
Presents program status to key internal stakeholders including ECJV Leadership Team, ECJV Board of Directors, and parent company representatives as required.
Presents to key external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure the program is successful.
Ensures program meets the overall market and customer requirements as defined in the MCR process.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
University, or equivalent degree required. Green Belt certification preferred.
Experience and Skills
Significant experience of minimum 10 years, including managerial and budgetary experience, required. Broad business knowledge required. This role will support the Eaton Cummins Joint Venture: Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies.
Strong experience of managing and executing the program strategy
Demonstrated execution of large complex projects
Demonstrated experience with complex risk/reliability management
Demonstrated large engineering budget management experience
Extensive experience of working with key stakeholders both external & internal for program effectiveness

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience and large organizations.
