Accounting Policy Manager.
We are looking for a talented Accounting Policy Manager to join our team specializing in Finance for our Distribution Business Segment (Hybrid- Flexible location)
The Accounting Policy Manager will be the subject matter expert, who will be working with the business and others in Finance to identify, describe, resolve, consult and document complex accounting issues and transactions.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Presenting to the Business Unit leadership on Status of projects and quarterly reporting items.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to arrive at optimal decision for the Business Unit; including but not limited to finance Systems, PFR, legal and controls teams
Own projects to improve accounting practices across the Business Unit global finance teams.
Directly supervise a team member but also help manage the workload of other team members
Review work product prepared by other staff members
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Good written and verbal communication skills
CPA or equivalent
College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting required. Licensed or working toward Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification required. minimum 3 years of experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
