We are looking for a talented Materials Delivery Team Manager-3 rd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Jamestown/NY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Supervises the daily activities of a production unit or teams.
Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.
Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
Coaches and mentors team members.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Supervisory experience preferred.
Oversees 029 Materials Delivery Team on 3rd shift.
Assists with overseeing 038 West Dock Team Engine Ship Team on 3rd shift.
Ensures team meetings KPI Targets- HPU/Efficiency, Safety, Quality of work.
Works closely with 1st shift counterpart to ensure smooth communication between shifts.
Complete projects throughout the year that help with Materials Layout Efficiency Safety.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range is $65,600.00-98,400.00. Base rate will commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
