We are a fast-paced environment, where teams work collaboratively to close deals and we are currently looking to add an experienced, hard-working, driven sales professional to our knowledgeable and high performing team. As the Sales Executive, you will be part of our After-Market division. The key responsibility in this role will be to manage and develop customer relationships to achieve sales goals within the Johor territory.
Day to day you will:
Develop new business by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Pipeline Management - Plan proactively for successful execution of account/territory-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress); adjusts sales strategy, plans, or high impact activities accordingly
Sales Forecasting - Collecting and assessing customer data from internal and external sources; comparing against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns
Ensure a high standard of brand presence within market segment
Focus on delivery of products and services to both B2C and B2B markets
Develops relationships to generate customer goodwill and loyalty.
Supports negotiations according to company guidelines.
College Diploma or bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in similar industry is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
Possess an analytical and logical thinking process
Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines
Intuitive listener and creative problem solver
Strong team player

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, sales or a related subject or equivalent industry experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Basic relevant work experience preferred.
