We are looking for a talented Parts Interpreter to join our team in Laverton, VIC!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
-Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers and maintains a relationship by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner
-Parts interpretation and the provision of required parts
-Processing and receiving orders and quotes in a timely manner
-Advise on part suitability and talk customers through the best solution for the job
-Carries out customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers, completing and processing paperwork and handling check, and credit card transactions
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
-Parts interpreter experience required
-Engine knowledge is an advantage
-Previous Customer service experience is an advantage
-Ability to learn new software and processes
-Able to prioritise complex tasks and troubleshoot
-High attention to detail, and clear and effective written and verbal communication skills required
-Forklift ticket would be highly desirable
-Valid car drivers license is required
-Able to work well in a team situation
Compensation and Benefits
-Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, every 2ndSaturday 8-12pm (as OT)
