Description

To assist customers in the parts department by taking orders including setting up orders, inputting orders into the system and follow up

  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers with parts order follow up

  • Set up orders, input orders into the system, release engine down customer orders and print pick ticket, follow up as required

  • Verify credit information when processing customer order as required

  • Assist in Inventory processes, daily cycle counts and annual physical Inventory

  • Cash Reconciliations

  • GDLS order fulfilment

  • Transit order process

  • Filing

  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma, relevant college diploma an asset

  • knowledge of the industry and parts

  • strong computer aptitude, knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • excellent communication/interpersonal skills

  • customer service focus

  • self-starter,ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • demonstrated energy and enthusiasm

  • flexibility in hours
