If you are driven and motivated to become part of a dynamic team, we have an opening for a Project Manager in Mississauga, ON . Reporting to the Engineering Manager , you will manage, develop, and implement project (s) of varying complexity and size in your assigned functional area
Your responsibilities may include:
Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project.
Design project plan, develop timeline, identify project milestones and track performance against performance goals and timeline.
Monitor and communicate project status to project team.
Set project budgets and timelines in agreement with sales and internal stakeholders.
Communicate regularly with customers to update progress and status of deliverables.
Communicate with management regarding progress on budgets and timelines.
Support cross-functional teams toward common project goals; this requires the ability to understand program requirements at a deeply technical level, execute work on technical deliverables.
Work with engineering and operations to establish appropriate project and process tools.
Regularly interface with internal and external program stakeholders to update on program progress.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Post-Secondary degree in Engineering or a related field.
Must have a Passport and be eligible for travel to the USA.
5-10 years of project management experience leading increasingly complex projects.
Proven experience leading a team of technical resources on project work in the $2-10M range.
Strong communication and organisational skills are key to success.
