Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Leads the delivery of one or more talent management processes or initiatives within an organization, function or geographic location in alignment with the company’s common global talent management strategies, policies and processes.

  • Participates on cross-organizational projects teams to design, improve and implement effective talent management processes; may lead specified initiatives.

  • Builds and maintains effective partnerships with business, functional, regional and corporate Human Resources organizations.

  • May coach and mentor less experienced talent management specialists.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

Skills

  • Implement centralized services in the areas oflearning administration, eLearning development (specifically with ArticulateStoryline), and learning evaluation as defined by Global Learning andDevelopment

  • Maintenance of GL&D eLearning templates

  • Provide eLearning application support &troubleshooting by telephone, email, web conferencing for eLearning designers,content developers, training practitioners and GL&D.

  • Create how-to-recordings, tutorials, and formallive trainings via videoconferencing on basic and advanced use of Storyline

  • Support eLearning based training initiatives forthe organization

  • Support projects for new eLearning technologyinitiatives

  • Liaison with HRIS CLC team for process and workflowimprovements related to submitting and publishing eLearning content fordeployment via CLC

  • Report trends and recommend emerging eLearningapplications

  • Collaborates - Building partnerships and workingcollaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

  • Communicates effectively - Developing anddelivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of theunique needs of different audiences.

  • Global perspective - Taking a broad view whenapproaching issues, using a global lens.

Experience

  • At least two years of relevant work experiencerequired.Experience in full e-Learningdevelopment process

  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of WBT instructionaldesign

  • Mastery of Storyline (advanced user)

  • Experience with publishing to Learning ManagementSystems, SABA experience highly desirable

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
