Payroll Operations Analyst
Description
We are looking for a talented Payroll Operations Analyst to join our team specializing in Analytics for our Payroll department. This role is based in Nashville, TN with 100% remote work available and periodic travel post pandemic.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Utilizing proficiency of payroll processes that include garnishments, gross up calculations, expatriate payroll, coordination of disability and 3rd party sick pay
Preparing Manual off cycle requests and ensuring proper approval is received
Performing Payroll Administration, and translating company policies, tax and legislative requirements in the delivery of accurate and timely employee payments and reporting
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal control procedures

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations
Minimum 2 years’ experience processing payroll using in-house payroll systems such as ADP Globalview or SAP
Intermediate excel skills including v-lookup and pivot table knowledge used with pre and post payroll process validation
Ability to calculate gross to net or net to gross payments, perform standard calculations and analysis to answer questions about employees pay

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
