Purchasing Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a talented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team specializing in Purchasing for our Components Business Segment in Nashville, TN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support the supplier delivery process and assist the internal purchasing team, materials team and suppliers
Support data analysis reports & extracts for Sourcing Managers
Participate in Systems Upgrade IST and UAT sessions.
Support preparation for COS / IATF validation and certification audits (internal & external)
Track supplier classification database for key supplier in assigned commodities
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience (minimum of 1 years) or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Basic knowledge of supply chain and/or strong customer service
Strong MS Excel skills and/or Oracle/BI experience
Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
