This is an exciting opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee for a Senior Human Resources Business Intelligence Analyst. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Leads the development and delivery of complex information across all business units globally, including, defining report requirements, performing data analysis, and preparing reports for management presentations.
Administers the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required to support key Human Resources processes, initiatives, and improvement projects.
Leads the delivery of training on reporting and analytics methodologies, tools, and processes.
Develops ad hoc reports and completes analysis of complex global information from a variety of sources and writes management summaries.
Leads Human Resources reporting flows and information consolidation which allow predictive analysis for business results.
Responsible for providing information support of key Human Resources processes which may include: Annual Operating Plan Headcount process, monthly headcount status and trends, attrition and recruiting analysis, annual merit analysis, Human Resources scorecards and various legislative reporting requirements.
Conducts external and internal research and summarizes results for management review.
Leads the implementation of improvements to standard Human Resources reports.
Participates on global initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of reporting and analysis of the Human Resources Function.
Drives data integrity in HR applications through reporting and analytics
Promotes HR community to consume HR data in HR business intelligence solutions with accurate information and infrastructure.
Leads the implementation of insightful reports and actionable analytics in HR business intelligence solutions, partnering with HR business and IT.
Performs, leads, and guides IT partner on comprehensive data validation and functionality validation in HR business intelligence solutions.
Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves issues in HR business intelligence solutions.
Human Resources Data Management - Acts on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.

Additional skills required:
Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems and run complex reports.
Solid understanding of SQL is required.
Understanding multiple programming languages is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence tools and technologies. Knowledge of Oracle is an asset.
Knowledge of EBS (Core HR) is a plus.
Minimum three to five years of experience in data analysis or data management.
Previous experience in a business intelligence role for an HR function a plus.
Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence/ Business Analytics software.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in related field required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
