For our location in Nuremberg, we are looking for a working student (f/m/d) in Project Management Support for at least 1 year. The position is a hybrid position.
Our team is responsible for carrying out projects for electric and hybrid vehicles, including the corresponding work packages in accordance with a defined development process.

Your tasks:
You will work primarily in resource management and scheduling with MS Project
You will be helping our team members with MS Project
You support our team in the area of project management
We are responsible for the implementation of projects for electric and hybrid vehicles including the corresponding work packages according to a defined development process
We also take care of scheduling and controlling as well as change management
Technical interface clarification with customers and suppliers is also part of our work
Your tasks include actively helping to shape our continuous improvement processes, whereby your ideas are always welcome
You support us in workshops (e.g. in lessons learned sessions)
You maintain templates, e.g. risk analysis, status reporting slides, lessons learned, and milestone trend analysis / cost trend analysis (MTA / CTA)
You also work with IT support
Qualifications
Your profile:
You are currently studying in a commercial or technical field of study (e.g. Industrial Engineering, E-Mobility and similar)
You already have project management skills such as organizing small events or groups
Ideally, you already have good previous knowledge of MS Project
You impress us with your initiative and good communication skills
You are characterized by a systematic way of working, analytical and team skills and organizational skills
You are confident in using MS Office
You have an interest in vehicle technology and the environment and environmental protection
Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile; knowledge of the German language is “nice to have”, but not mandatory
